Introduction to Yoga – Beginners Course

This beginner 6 week course is perfect for the new yogi to be and wants to start at the very beginning, or someone with some experience but feels they need some more foundations.

With a focus on alignment in the asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work) and meditation we will progressively move through traditional sequences deepening experience, knowledge and connection.

Includes a course work booklet for reference and online support.
