Mums n Bubs– From Birth babies respond positively to the stimulation of movement and touch together. Mums n Bubs Yoga includes a wide range of different practices that can be combined to suit the needs of each baby or toddler through their individual development, including gentle body strokes, a delicious blend of post natal yoga and yoga for new mums, playful moves with rhymes and games and joint parent/baby relaxation.

No previous yoga experience is necessary, but the classes can assist in return to former practice after birth through healing and closing down of the body and re-establishing core strength gently.
