Soul Explore –  Come and explore your depths with a class that is more of a “Work In, than a Work Out”. This is a more traditional integrated form of yoga, incorporating Mantra, Meditation, Pranayama, Asana and Yoga Nidra in each class. The style is restorative and gentle, yet also challenging and enlivening, each participant working within their own needs. This class is suitable for both beginner, seniors, recovering from injury/recent surgery and more experienced yogis.
