Join Amanda, our Specialist Active Birthing teacher every Saturday at 11am, exploring your knowledge, power and tapping into your innate wisdom as a woman through this sacred journey of pregnancy and motherhood.

Throughout these classes we will focus on the following:

Yoga asana, pranayama (breath work) and meditation to enhance Optimal Foetal Positioning for your baby
Mindfullness to give you the tools for active birthing
Empowerment and rising up to meet challenges, resistance with strength and grace
Active Birthing techniques and pelvic floor toning
Finding connection to other local health care providers and other local women

All stages of pregnancy warmly welcome and modifications and variations are always offered.
