Throughout this course we will dive into:

The use of yoga to strengthen and rejuvenate a woman’s body following pregnancy and providing a haven of relaxation to promote the wellbeing of new mothers.

Pranayama (breathwork) to help facilitate deep relaxation and revitalisation.

Baby massage and bonding

Gentle pelvic toning

Connecting with other mums in the community and other healthcare professionals

A focus on healing and emotional wellbeing

Suitable for babies up to crawling and at least 6 weeks post partum.
